You agree to indemnify and hold Nidhi, its employees, directors, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including solicitor’s fees on a solicitor-client basis) arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or any violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
Payments using the services:
By utilising the pay now function you agree to pay all applicable processing and other fees charged by Nidhi or any other third party in relation to payment processing. By using the pay now function you also confirm that:
- you are authorised to make such payment from the nominated account you have selected;
- that the payment is made irrevocably and will not be reversed or cancelled in any way by you; and
you have sufficient funds in your account of complete the transaction. If Nidhi is charged any dishonour fees due to a failed transaction you will reimburse Nidhi for the same within 3 working days of the failed transaction.
Changes to Terms:
Nidhi reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of our services after the changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
